Q: I only see Paypal as an option to pay and checkout?
A: Yes Paypal is our only payment gateway
Q: Do I need a Paypal account to pay and checkout?
A: No you do not, after you click the Paypal button under Express Checkout you can scroll down a little on the Paypal sign in screen and you'll see where it says Pay with Debit or Credit Card, then you'll be on the Paypal Guest Checkout screen. Here you can enter in all your info as normal, at the bottom you will have the option to Create an Account and continue or you can simply Continue as Guest.
Q: .Can I send you any image I want?
A: Yes you sure can! Simply purchase the item you would like customized and upload the image you would like us to use.
Q: How do I go about ordering a customized item?
A: Just simply click on the customizable item section, select which item you would like, upload an image via the choose image button, leave any details you might have for the item, checkout and we do the rest.
Q: I have an image i would like on one of your items but i'm not sure how it would look?
A: It's ok send us the image and tell us which item you might be interested in and we will send you back a digital mock up to see how it could potentially look.
Q: How long does it take to receive a digital mock up?
A: Customers that have made a purchase and awaiting a digital mock up usually receive a reply within a few hours as they are prioritized. Potential customers that just want to see what a digital mock up could look like, could take up to 24 hours or longer to receive a reply.
Q: When should i expect my items to arrive?
A: Usually production time is 5-7 business days and then shipping time is 3-5 business days. These times could change depending on production volume and current carrier times. We do our best to start production right away on all items ordered. Carrier times, we have no control over this once the items leave our hands and in the possession of the carrier.
Q: I would like to make a purchase of a customizable item but i'm not sure what i want on it, do you help with ideas we might have?
A: Sure, if you have an idea of something you might want but don't have a specific image for an item you would like, feel free to send us your idea and we will do our best to help come up with something you might like.
